Building MaushaShop with Matthew Garas of The Business Builders has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my entrepreneurial journey. I wanted my store to offer a great shopping experience and The Business Builders translated my dream into a digital storefront that feels authentic.

I'm only about three months into my journey with The Business Builders, and I'm really happy with the progress we're making. The one missing star simply reflects a slight feeling of being out of the loop while my store is being built as I'm a little nervous about taking it over myself without more education and hands-on learning first. The modules are solid, but it really takes getting in there to fully understand how to run an e-commerce store.

I'd like to be completely transparent about my experience with Business Builders, because after reading these reviews, I don't feel a two-sentence review for a five-figure business opportunity truly illustrates the service.
Since making the investment into Business Builders, my experience has had its fair share of ups and downs. At a high level, the concept involves them building out a fully functioning e-commerce business for you. Outside of both my and Business Builders' control, we ran into a number of issues throughout this process that resulted in delays extending many months—it took nearly a year from first payment to being live. I'd set the expectation going in that things likely won't go entirely according to plan—in talking with others in the program, I didn't come across anyone who had a completely smooth experience, and most ran into delays or roadblocks of some kind. That's not a knock on the program so much as the reality of building a business from the ground up. Through it all, the Business Builders team remained committed to delivering.
Matt brought in a few high-caliber people to help with operations, as it appeared he was being stretched too thin and quality was suffering as a result. Specifically, it's worth calling out the phenomenal leadership and knowledge that Susan Francis and Gavin Williams brought. Susan was able to project manage effectively and has extensive knowledge of all things e-commerce. It was great that Matt brought in Gavin, who is a wealth of knowledge and a true expert when it comes to e-commerce marketing. Anyone can get a store live, but knowing how to drive traffic that converts is what separates a site that sits there from one that grows.
I honestly wouldn't feel capable of running this business without the knowledge Gavin shared.
The biggest callout for Business Builders is that you need to put in work—a lot of work. Yes, they help get your e-commerce site up and running, but even so, once it's live, operations, marketing, supply chain, and legal all fall on you. If you're willing to own and build, you can be successful. But at the end of the day, even if someone hands you the keys to a kingdom, it still requires a lot of upkeep to keep it running well.

I'm just getting started with these guys, and I'm blown away by their store-building expertise, their commitment to setting me up for success, and their patient, thorough coaching style. Matty and his team really care. I can't wait to see where this venture goes!

I've worked in businesses for 10 years and always wanted to start my own. I found them on biz buy sell and then I bought a business package and I was really happy with it. The coaching and course is good because I don't know a lot about Shopify or building a business and they provide step by step guide on how to navigate, how to grow and make sales. Money well spent. I wanted to give my honest feedback of one of the packages I bought from The business builders. Overall for the price I paid the package was worth it. The course is extremely helpful, the roadmap is easy to follow, the business is fully set up with my favourite DIY kits. The coaching is really good, you ask a question and they send a video explaining the answer simple...
I do prefer face to face or zoom coaching but email is good enough I guess. It's still a lot of work but they give you everything you need to be successful. I wouldn't be able to do this without the guidance of Matt and the team. I have to say yes I recommend them. Not a bad package at all. But in a perfect world they would have Zoom coaching.

Matthew is great to work with. He actively works with you even once launched to continue to improve lead quality.

They're doing a great job running my Google ads. Much better than the previous people. Costs are down, conversions are up. We're increasing budgets because it's working.
